This riverside retreat blends comfort and convenience for a memorable colder‑season stay. Sleeping arrangements The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 bedrooms and 7 beds, with 5 baths stocked with linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets. Each room balances privacy and gathering space, ensuring everyone has a restful place to retreat. Kitchen & dining A well‑equipped kitchen features a KitchenAid stainless steel gas stove, General Electric double oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. A dining table nearby invites shared meals, and the layout makes it easy to prepare home‑cooked dishes for the whole group. Indoor comfort Central heating keeps the interior warm, while central air conditioning and a split‑type ductless system offer flexibility for any temperature shift. Stay entertained on the 50 inch HDTV with a sound system, and stay connected with reliable wifi and a dedicated workspace set behind a door. Essentials such as a washer, dryer, hangers, iron and bathroom basics are provided for your convenience. Outdoor living Step outside to a private patio‑balcony that overlooks the river, perfect for sipping coffee as sunrise paints the sky. A backyard space lets you breathe in the mountain air, and a BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking when the weather permits. The private entrance reinforces the feeling of having your own riverside haven. Neighborhood Located along the Roaring Fork River, the home offers easy access to scenic trails and is a 15‑minute drive to Aspen or Snowmass Village, and 30 minutes to Glenwood Springs. Nearby attractions include the Roaring Fork Club golf resort, the town of Basalt, a variety of restaurants, and grocery options such as Whole Foods and King Soopers. Parking & access Free driveway parking accommodates up to four vehicles, with additional street parking available. Self‑check‑in via a smart lock streamlines arrival, and long‑term stays are welcome for guests who wish to settle in and fully experience the mountain season. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Safety and privacy are paramount, please note we have installed three (3) cameras outside of the house. Around the outside of the house pointing the keypad on back door, outside of the garage, and over front door pointing the entrance. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
