Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- The grill and firepit is offered free of charge! If the propane runs low or is empty, the guest is responsible to refill the tank for use during their stay. A local store (such as Walgreens, Walmart, Home Depot, etc) would be a great resource to swap out the empty tank for a full one for a small fee.
- The community is very strict about leaving the pool gate open as it poses a safety risk. Leave the key fob in its original place (hanging in the kitchen) after use. Failure to observe any of these rules may result in a fine up to $300
- There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property.
- We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time (max, 6 adults). Due to city code and regulations, for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :)
- The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property.
- No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
- Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (2) per reservation. Up to (2) cars can park under the carport in the back (front) of the property back to back. Although the driveway can fit parking side to side please be mindful that the space is shared with the neighbors.
- Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests!
- Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
- Please note that the pool gets serviced weekly. Because it is uncovered, you should expect to see slight debris from time to time.
- No glass by the hot tub
- No fireworks of any kind.
- No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle.
- Follow additional guidelines posted within the home.
- Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure.
- Report damages immediately.
- Please note that we have ring cameras pointing to both property access (front and back)
- We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
