Whether you gather for games, meals, or quiet moments, the space feels both expansive and welcoming. Sleeping arrangements The home sleeps up to 10 guests across four spacious bedrooms and five beds. Neutral tones and simple touches create a restful setting, while the layout provides ample room for everyone to settle in comfortably. Two bathrooms offer essential conveniences for getting ready or winding down. Indoor living Gather in the living room or head to the game room, where a pool table and life size games add an extra layer of fun. A dedicated workspace with a separate door provides a quiet place to focus when needed. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Additional conveniences include a TV, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals together. A nearby dining table invites shared moments, whether you’re enjoying a quiet breakfast or a dinner after a day out in the city. Outdoor living Step into the fully fenced backyard, where a patio with outdoor furniture and sun loungers invites you to soak up the warm Phoenix climate any time of year. A private BBQ grill is ready for outdoor cooking, and the private outdoor pool is open year‑round. If you’d like extra warmth, a large HEATED pool is available upon request for an additional fee. Neighborhood Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, the home feels peaceful while still being close to shops and restaurants. You’ll enjoy a balanced blend of calm surroundings and easy access to the best of Phoenix. Perfect for Families, groups, and pet‑friendly stays will appreciate the combination of space, amenities, and comfort throughout the home. Whether you’re exploring Phoenix’s attractions or simply looking for a relaxing desert base, this house offers an inviting place to settle in and make lasting memories. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that’s why we would like to mention we have a ring camera on the front door. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
