The property includes a spacious two-level main house and a charming separate casita, together offering 3 large King bedrooms, a bonus room with 2 twin XL beds, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeping space for up to 12 guests. Both the main house and casita feature open-plan living, multiple dining areas, queen sleeper sofas with memory foam toppers, high-speed Wi-Fi, full kitchens, Roku TVs with Sony soundbars, and access to peaceful outdoor decks and garden spaces. The property has a fire pit at the main house and a fire table at the casita, perfect for enjoying Sedona’s starry skies.
The main house features two King bedrooms on the main level. The Master Suite includes a seating area and Vizio TV, while the second King room offers a gas fireplace, loveseat, writing desk, and inspiring views of Thunder Mountain. Both beds are Sealy Posturepedic hybrids with optional memory foam toppers for added comfort. A bonus room on the lower level has 2 Twin XL beds. There are two full shared bathrooms—one on each floor—and a convenient half bath on the main level. The spacious living area includes a sectional queen sleeper, game table, 75” Roku TV, and access to a sunroom ideal for yoga or reading.
The fully equipped main kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a flat top ceramic range, and filtered water on demand. You’ll enjoy views of Thunder Mountain while cooking or sipping coffee at the sink. Dining options include indoor and outdoor tables with seating for 8 each.
The casita offers a bright and modern space with wood floors, a gas fireplace, Roku TV, queen sleeper sofa, dining for 4, and a fully equipped kitchen. French doors open to a private deck with dining seating for 4. The casita bedroom has a King bed and a newly remodeled bathroom with a glass and tile walk-in shower.
The lush backyard is perfect for relaxation or entertainment, with seating areas, two propane BBQ grills, and a sprawling great lawn for stargazing. Both homes have full-size washer and dryer sets. Air conditioning is included in both units. A 1-car garage is available at the casita with abundant outdoor parking, and RV parking may be possible upon inquiry. Please note there is no hot tub on site.
Security: The main house features a front doorbell camera that remains active during guest stays. Pets are not allowed.
