Scottsdale Casa Bonita is a lovely choice for your upcoming Scottsdale getaway. It is located just minutes from Old Town Scottsdale, plenty of golf courses, casinos and even Spring Training baseball facilities.
This home offers a single story 1806 square feet, four bedrooms and two bathrooms to easily accommodate up to eight guests.
Entering via the front door puts you into the open floor plan main living space that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen.
Living Room: Offers contemporary furnishings including a plush sectional couch, accent chair, a 72” Smart TV.
Kitchen: Well equipped, the kitchen space offers stainless steel appliances including a four-burner gas range. The large kitchen island offers seating for two. You’ll love the kitchen windows open to the outside bar.
Dining area: Table and seating for six
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom— King size bed, Smart TV, accent chair; access to the backyards; the ensuite bathroom offers a double sink vanity and a large shower.
Bedrooms 2 — Queen size bed, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedrooms 3 — Queen size bed, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedrooms 4 — Two twin beds, Smart TV, access to the shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor spaces:
The backyard offers a resort-style heated saltwater pool and a 3-hole putting green. You’ll also find plenty of outdoor seating, a natural gas fireplace, 55” Smart TV, propane BBQ and a bar top looking into the kitchen.
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $60 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30. Due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels.
