The stunning 6-bedroom Villa Panorámica is a minimalist work of art nestled in an exclusive residential area, with some of the best panoramic ocean views you’ll ever encounter. The villa’s low-rise rectangular design, its clean lines repeated in the infinity pool and horizon beyond, perfectly complements the vast expanses of floor-to-ceiling glass wrapped around the property. Snug in the embrace of the hillside, Villa Panorámica’s contemporary forms stand out proudly yet blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.
Villa Panorámica’s interior layout – with bedrooms at each end of the house and a central open-plan living space – lets in the maximum amount of natural light throughout the house, with uninterrupted views from every room and complete privacy.
The minimalist design continues through both living and sleeping spaces, with a neutral colour palette matching the villa’s natural setting. The living area includes a custom-made handleless kitchen fully equipped with Bosch appliances, a 10-seater dining table, and a TV area replete with media wall and plush seating. The glass doors which run along the entire length of the living space are fully automated and at the mere touch of a button, they open up completely, revealing the ocean view in all its splendour. It’s a scene that you will never tire of – a vista which is constantly changing, from sunrise to sunset and through the seasons.
At the back of the villa, the lower ground floor has two more bedrooms and a TV and games room. Sliding doors in each of these rooms lead to a large patio, providing welcome shelter from the sun and the Poniente wind that buffets the coast in this part of Spain.
The pretty landscaped gardens and infinity pool are the perfect place to sunbathe and take a refreshing dip, or to sip on a cocktail while you watch the sun slowly slip into the ocean. To top it off, you’re just a short walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Andalucía!
Villa Panorámica is a luxury retreat for those wishing to unwind and disconnect in an area of spectacular natural beauty. A winning combination of luxurious modern comforts, stunning natural landscape and complete privacy will guarantee you enjoy a restful and peaceful holiday. In this almost untouched spot on the Costa de la Luz, you can relax by the pool, catch a tan and catch up on your summer reads, and take in the stunning sunsets. Or choose from a host of activities ranging from a gentle beach stroll to water sport thrills, horseback riding across the sun-bleached sands to tours by boat, and so much more.
Zahara de los Atunes has an authentic Andalusian village vibe, perfect for families and visitors seeking a relaxing holiday prioritising life’s simple pleasures of lazy days of sun, sea and sand and the region’s gastronomical delights. Villa Panorámica is within easy reach of the luxury Blue Zahara Beach Hotel, where you can relax in the spa, or have a cocktail in the terrace bar before making your way into town for a delicious dinner.

About the area
Cádiz, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in Western Europe, is a captivating coastal city in southwestern Spain that beckons with its rich history, sun-drenched beaches, and vibrant Andalusian culture. This ancient port city, founded by the Phoenicians, is a treasure trove of historical landmarks, narrow cobbled streets, and picturesque plazas.
The city's old town, encircled by the remnants of its ancient walls, is a delightful maze where every turn reveals a charming café, a bustling market, or a flamenco venue echoing with soulful melodies. The Cádiz Cathedral, with its golden dome gleaming in the sunlight, is a striking example of Spanish baroque architecture and offers panoramic views of the city and the sea from its tower.
Cádiz is also renowned for its carnival, one of the most famous in Spain, where the streets come alive with music, dance, and colorful costumes. The city's festive spirit is infectious, and visitors are often swept up in the joyous celebrations that showcase the local zest for life.
The city's coastline boasts a series of beautiful beaches, such as La Caleta, set between two castles and offering a quintessential Andalusian beach experience. For those seeking a more secluded spot, the pristine sands of Playa de la Victoria stretch invitingly along the city's more modern outskirts.
Gastronomy in Cádiz is a highlight, with the local cuisine featuring an array of seafood dishes that reflect the city's maritime heritage. The Mercado Central de Abastos provides a sensory journey through stalls laden with fresh produce, including the famed gaditano shrimp and other delicacies from the Atlantic.
For a dose of nature and history combined, the nearby Parque Genovés is a lush botanical garden that invites leisurely strolls, while the ancient Phoenician and Roman ruins at the archaeological site of Gadir offer a glimpse into the city's storied past.
Cádiz's unique blend of historical intrigue, cultural vibrancy, and coastal charm makes it an alluring destination for travelers seeking to immerse themselves in the essence of Andalusia. Whether you're basking in the sun, savoring the local flavors, or exploring the city's rich tapestry of history, Cádiz promises an experience that is both enchanting and unforgettable.
