Camp de l'Arpa neighborhood is a tranquil residential neighborhood with many amenities located between the districts of Eixample and Sant Martí. Some of the most important works of Catalan Modernista movement can be found in the neighborhood or close by, like Hospital de Sant Pau, Sagrada Familia or Avinguda Gaudí. It is just a few blocks away from important avenues like Diagonal Avenue, Meridiana Avenue, Travessera de Dalt or Gran Via. In regards to services near the unit, there are supermarkets open during extended hours (8am to 11pm). The lively pedestrian street Carrer Rogent with plenty of shops and bars and restaurants is next to the unit. 5 minutes from Sant Pau University Hospital and 10 minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
