Spacious and elegant flat inside a historic building in the centre of Bologna, newly renovated with high quality finishes. Comprising entrance on relaxation area with sofa bed and adjoining bathroom, large living area with fully equipped kitchen and cooking island, access to private terrace, upper floor with double bedroom, twin bedroom with two single beds and large bathroom. Air conditioning, unlimited wifi internet.
The flat is located on the 1st floor and can be reached via a personal flight of stairs. The flat will be provided with towels and bed linen of a high hotel standard and single-dose toiletries, as well as kitchen essentials (salt, oil, sugar, electric kettle with tea and herbal teas, coffee machine with capsules).
From the flat it is possible to walk to the main places of interest in the historical centre:

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Guests have exclusive access to the entire flat. At the time of check-in I or a collaborator of mine will meet the guests to show the apartment and give them the keys, so we will be available during the stay for any problem.
- Check-ins are done in person and by appointment from 3 p.m. onwards to ensure the best cleanliness and preparation of the apartment. Should the flat be ready earlier, an earlier check-in will be possible. After 11.00 p.m. and until 1.30 a.m. it will still be possible to check in in person with a surcharge of 20€ to be paid on arrival. In any case, there is a free self check-in option on request.
- Check out is to be done by 11.00 a.m. in order to ensure the necessary time for cleaning and preparing the flat for the next booking. If there are no incoming bookings, late check-out is possible by 13.00 and at no extra cost. In case of need, we provide a luggage storage service on request in our office in the city centre.
