We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog - Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors - - There is are 2 security cameras are solely to keep track of our cleaning team located in the driveway and front door. - Parking in the driveway has space for 3 cars max. We ask that you do not park on the street. - The pool is not heated, however it is naturally warm enough to swim in generally between June to September We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
