This stunning 3 bedroom home enjoys elevated vistas from the rolling sand dunes to Bass Strait and beyond. Approximately 90 minutes from Melbourne, the property offers a holiday oasis with a tree-lined driveway, level lawns, and extensive decking with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. The heated pool and gas-heated spa enhance the experience, making it an ideal Peninsula base. Inside, coastal charm meets modern living with polished floorboards, carpeted bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The upstairs living area boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors, a telescope, and magnificent ocean views. Stay comfortable year-round with ducted heating in winter and ceiling fans in every room during summer, and there is an aircon unit in the downstairs living area. This quintessential seaside house is perfect for relaxation and entertainment, from enjoying bubbles by the pool to savoring dinner with panoramic views. Conveniently located near local wineries, restaurants, golf courses, and the Peninsula Hot Springs, this retreat offers a perfect blend of luxury and coastal living. Beyond the downstairs front door is an interior defined by coastal charm. Polished floor boards in communal areas flow to carpeted bedrooms, variously offering king-sized, queen-sized and twin bunk beds (one room) and the second living area to host family and friends. Star gazers and wave hunters will love the upstairs living area with its floor-to-ceiling glass doors and telescope in the corner. A wall-mounted plasma TV will keep the kids happy. This sublime room is overlooked by the modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one on each level, are also crisp white and fresh. Whether it is bubbles followed by dinner on the deck, a late night red by the fire or sausages on the barbie after a day on the beach, this quintessential seaside house can handle it all. The home also offers good proximity to local wineries, restaurants, golf courses and the Peninsula Hot Springs. We have a no party policy with no loud music day or night and guests must move indoors by 11pm so as to not disturb the neighbours. Sorry no pets.
