Skyfall South is a superb vacation destination at Bonita Beach. Whether planning a family vacation or couples retreat, this fabulous pool home is perfect for your beach adventure. You can’t beat the premier location! Located across the street from Public Beach Access #7 on Bonita Beach, you will enjoy sunrise Bay views in the morning off the lanai while sipping your coffee and Gulf views and sunsets in the evening while sipping on wine or cocktails in the Crow’s Nest without the expense of being ’beachfront.’ Take a short stroll down to the marina with a restaurant and bar right on the bay or take a bottle of Skyfall wine to the beach across the street and watch the sunset. The first floor accommodates all four bedrooms and has been freshly remodeled and refurbished in a glamorous and tasteful fashion. “The Peacock” Master Suite offers a king bed with newly furnished décor, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and spacious walk-in closet. The Master Bathroom has dual vanities and walk-in shower. The “Coral Reef” bedroom boasts a queen sized bed and walks out French doors to a porch, and the “Calm Seas” bedroom havs a full-size bed and walks out French doors to the same porch as the Coral Reef room ”Anchors Away” has two twin beds with an All-American theme and great for kids and adults alike! A second full bathroom with a combination shower/tub is adjacent to the bedrooms. All bathrooms have make-up mirrors to help prepare for special evenings out. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Smart TVs and WiFi internet throughout the house. Brand new top-line appliances in a are in a fully functional laundry room conveniently located next to bedrooms. The second floor has an open floor plan living room and kitchen and a separate dining room. A bright white kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary needs, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an eat-in kitchen counter for four people. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner as you walk out two sets of French doors on the large screened-in lanai with bay views. A second large screened-in lanai has an additional sitting area and gas grill for your family barbeque as you walk out the French doors off the conveniently placed dining room. Looking for a little privacy? Venture up to the top floor Crow’s Nest and enjoy the intimate seating area all to yourself. After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fall back to the heated pool in your backyard with loungers, chairs and grass yard. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrella and cart are included – no need to pack extras!
