Perfect for Families! Peaceful Location! The space Welcome to ’The Pickled Flamingo!’ Inspired by timeless Old Florida charm, this gorgeous home features tons of natural lighting. Each room stands out with its own distinct look- complete with designer finishes and unique wallpaper in each bathroom! As you enter, you’ll find an open concept floor plan with the gourmet kitchen featuring a six-burner gas range, stainless cookware, and a marble island perfect for gathering. This leads you to the living room with high end surround sound, which opens up to the dining room and then the backyard- where you’ll find a private heated pool, outdoor dining space, outdoor grill, and a cozy sitting area with a TV. The backyard is fully equipped with an AstroTurf yard, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers with Airplay capabilities, and a shed in the backyard filled with a refrigerator and beach essentials, including 4 chairs, 2 umbrellas, and snorkeling gear! The main floor has a spacious suite with a King bed and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is also a second guest room on this floor with a Queen bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, great for guests who prefer not to use stairs. Traveling upstairs, you’ll discover 2 additional bedrooms. One is the main Master suite with a King bed, a window overlooking the pool area, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other is a bunk room with 2 sets of Twin-over-Queen bunks, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combination. Also on the 2nd floor is a game room equipped with classic game systems like NES classic and Nintendo Wii, which could double as a fifth sleeping room if needed. With parking for 3 vehicles and two nearby beach access points, ’The Pickled Flamingo’ is the perfect place for your next beach vacation! We also manage 2 homes right next to this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are ’It’s a Shore Thing’ (37 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms) and ’Casa Bonita’ (48 Sand Dollar- 4 bedrooms)- see circled photo. Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 14 Guests): FIRST FLOOR -Living Room -Dining Room -Kitchen -Laundry Room -Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (2) -Bedroom 2: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination (2) SECOND FLOOR -Office Area -Game Room -Bedroom 3: Master with King bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower (2) -Bedroom 4: Bunk Room with 2 sets of Twin-over-Queen bunks, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination (6) There is a pack n’ play and air mattress provided upon request. (2) Guest access There is a 6-seater LSV and 4 beach cruiser bikes provided for guests’ use. There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Other things to note -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters -Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, or other amenities provided to guests.
