1. Be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10PM. Avoid slamming doors and making noise in hallways.
2. No parties allowed. Disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Upon check-out, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut. Always lock the door with the key when leaving the flat.
4. No smoking inside the apartment.
5. Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Keys: Do not leave keys in the mailbox. If you leave early, leave keys on the table and pull the door shut.
- Locking: Always lock the door with the key when leaving.
- Check-Out: Check-out is by 11 AM. Late check-out may be possible if no new reservations.
- No Smoking
- Smoking: No smoking inside the apartment. Please smoke outside.
- Save Energy
- Energy: Turn off lights and air conditioning when you leave the apartment.
- Additional Services
- Cleaning: Additional cleaning and bedding can be arranged for longer stays. Request this when booking.
- Arrival & Departure
- Check-In: Standard check-in is 3 PM - 8 PM. Late check-in charges: €25 after 8 PM, €50 after midnight.
- Check-Out: Check-out by 11 AM. You can leave luggage if no new reservations are pending.
- Lost Keys
- Keys: Lost keys will incur a lock change fee.
- Final Request
- Clean Up: Please wash dishes and take out the garbage before you leave.
