Allegra illa Chasa Pro la Tour- Welcome to the cosy 4 ½-room flat with spectacular views of the rooftops of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The flat is located in the house and stable part of an Engadine house, which were combined into an exclusive flat in 2004. The large round windows in the flat allow nature to enter and fill the living space with the Engadine sun. Shopping facilities, the Ardez restaurants and the Ardez railway station are all within a few minutes’ walk.
In the bright flat (approx. 120 m2), furnished with taste and charm, you can enjoy your holidays all around. The living room captivates with its cosy sofa corner and reading chair. From there you can enjoy the view of Ardez and the Lower Engadine Dolomites through the large arched windows and really let your soul rest. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
