The villa is located in Gallipoli, on the border of the Regional Natural Park Isola di Sant’Andrea and Litorale di Punta Pizzo, in a privileged position close to the most beautiful beaches of Gallipoli and far from chaos and traffic.
About 2 km away is the shopping centre of Mancaversa and 5 km away is the access to the highway, which allows you to reach the centre of Gallipoli in just 5 minutes.
This villa is an oasis of peace and relaxation, where you can enjoy the blue waters of the swimming pool, equipped with an outdoor shower and comfortable sun loungers. Surrounded by manicured greenery with palm trees and lush vegetation, the pool has evening lighting that creates an evocative atmosphere.
The villa, ideal for one or two couples with children, offers spacious and comfortable rooms: three air-conditioned bedrooms with a total of eight beds (two double beds and four single beds). The living room, which is also air-conditioned, is furnished with a boulder table and banana chairs that create a cosy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with hydro-massage showers with cascade shower heads.
The villa and the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests. About 1500 metres away are the beaches of Cotriero and Punta della Suina, which can be easily reached at any time of year without traffic. At 3 km there is Lido Pizzo and at 10 km there are the establishments of Baia Verde and Lido Zen. There are agreements with equipped lidos in the Baia Verde resort of Gallipoli.
