In the historic centre of Lucca, only 300 metres from Piazza Anfiteatro with a view of the Guinici Tower, is this beautiful flat, located on the second floor of a historic building. The city is surrounded by the Apuan Alps and the Garfagnana and is waiting to be discovered, on foot or by bicycle.
The location of the flat makes it easy to explore the city, you can walk along the historical walls, visit the Cathedral of S. Martino and historical monuments, shops and all the necessary services within a short distance. There is a beautiful panoramic terrace where you can admire the panorama.
Parking is available at Porta Santa Maria or in Borgo Giannotti, a 5-minute walk away.
Inside, the flat consists of a kitchen-living room furnished with a dining table, a sofa where you can comfortably watch Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, a coffee machine and where you will also find a washing machine at your disposal.
