On the ground floor, the villa opens onto a spacious and cosy living area furnished with comfortable sofas. The kitchen is spacious and modern and well equipped with all the necessities. Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms, in two of which there are a further two seats on sofa beds. Each room has its own private bathroom with shower.
