Beautiful detached villa with outdoor swimming pool ( 5 x 10 x 1.35), jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen and barbecue, fitness area, children games in the heart of Val d’ Orcia. The villa is located 5 km from the historic village of Montepulciano, Sarteano and Cetona and close to the three lakes: Montepulciano, Chiusi and Trasimeno ( reachable in 15 minutes by car). From Villa Recanati you can organize Wine testing in the Rosso di Montepulciano cellars, excursions to Pienza (20 minutes by car), Siena (about 35minutes) or visit the archaeological remains in Cetona. The villa offers every comfort to spend a nice vacation with your family and your 4-legged friends.

Villa Recanati has three levels
Ground floor from the entrance: living room with sofas (playstation and video games, board games, Netflix), study with bathroom complete with washbasin and toilet. Living room, dining room. Kitchen complete with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, moka, blender, toaster.
On the first floor: double bedroom with two bathrooms: one with shower and one with bathtub. On the opposite side of the floor a double bedroom with open terrace and bathroom with shower and tub (outside the room).
Second floor: double bedroom and single bed with en suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom, opposite side of the floor a double bedroom with single bed, bathroom with shower and twin bedroom.
