Nilde is a country house, part of a semi-detached house, with a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside and a shared enclosed 60 sqm swimming pool (it is 1.40 to 2 meters deep with two suction nozzles) with shower, and in the communal areas barbecue, table tennis table, table football, small gym equipment such as a treadmill.
This wonderful country house for up to 5 people leaves hardly any holiday wish unfulfilled. Underfloor heating and good insulation make the house suitable for a wonderful holiday in any season. Firewood can be purchased here. Bring your pet with you on holiday and spend wonderful days in this house, which offers a fantastic view of the picturesque surrounding countryside.
From here you can easily take day trips to the world-famous artistic metropolis of Florence, and there are also shops, a golf course and a restaurant nearby. About 4 minutes’ drive from the Alta Val d’Elsa River Park and about 2 minutes’ drive from the Roman baths of Le Caldane.
