This luxurious, modern, detached, single-storey cottage is located in the beautifully situated holiday park Ferienpark Winterberg. It is approx. 500 m from the ski area and approx. 1 km from the pleasant centre of Winterberg.
The cottage is furnished in a comfortable, attractive and complete waty. Due to the high windows, the living room is wonderfully light and provides a beautiful view of the surrounding hilly landscape of the Sauerland. In the living room, you will find a nice wood stove next to a TV. Ideal for colder days. The luxurious open plan kitchen includes a dishwasher and an oven. The two bedrooms are equipped with two comfortable single box-spring beds each. In the bathroom, you will find a nice shower and a toilet. In the hall there also is a separate toilet.
The cottage is surrounded by a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There is a storage room where you can store skis and/or bicycles....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
