Not far from Cascina Del Castello there are several places to visit: the city of San Severino Marche precisely, with its ovoid square, that of Macerata, with its Sferisterio that every year hosts a unique opera festival in Europe, several seaside resorts that from Porto Recanati go up to Sirolo, Numana, Portonovo and Mount Conero. And then the extraordinary Frasassi Caves, the Sibillini Mountains, with the National Park, are about an hour’s drive away. Less than fifteen minutes away the Regional Nature Reserve of Monte San Vicino and Monte Canfaito with a thousand-year-old beech garden and with the small town of Elceto, the "Tibet of the Marche". Just over half an hour’s drive away also several outlets with the biggest brands of Italian fashion, from footwear to clothing.
Cascina Del Castello has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor), a large living room and a comfortable dining room. One of the two external artifacts also houses a room where you can sit to stay in a group, eat but also take a relaxing break.
Inside you will find clean, bright and very welcoming rooms. On the walls suggestive black and white photos recall the past of one of the most lively centers in the hinterland, that of San Severino Marche, a city of art that boasts one of the most beautiful squares in Italy and a unique collection of pictorial works, preserved in a picture gallery, among which it also stands out in Pinturicchio together with several canvases, polytypical and altar loaders of inestimable value. The rustic style of brick floors and exposed wooden beams offers the warmth and atmosphere of the typical hospitality of the Marche region, a region in the plural designed for the singular.
The large stone manor house is flanked by two small service facilities, also in stone, in a picturesque courtyard where there is also hospitality a small garden with well and a comfortable swimming pool equipped with sun deckchair space with deckchairs and umbrellas and a covered area with table and chairs, where it will be possible to take refuge to read a book but also to sip aperitifs , long drink or to have a chat in company or intimacy.

Marcelli, a charming coastal town in the Marche region of Italy, is a hidden gem that offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of more crowded tourist destinations. With its picturesque beaches along the Adriatic Sea, Marcelli is a haven for those seeking sun, sea, and sand. The town's long stretches of sandy shores are perfect for sunbathing, while the clear blue waters invite swimming, sailing, and windsurfing.
The town's promenade is lined with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, where visitors can indulge in delicious local cuisine, including fresh seafood and the region's famous white wines, such as Verdicchio. The evening passeggiata (leisurely walk) along this promenade is a beloved ritual that offers a glimpse into the relaxed Italian lifestyle.
Marcelli is also an excellent base for exploring the natural beauty and historical sites of the Marche region. The nearby Conero Regional Park is a natural paradise, offering hiking trails through lush forests and to dramatic cliff-top views over the sea. The park is home to diverse flora and fauna, as well as secluded beaches that can be reached by foot or by boat.
For those interested in history and culture, the medieval hilltop town of Loreto is just a short drive away.
