A beautiful apartment featuring a wellness room with a small gym, and a relaxation area, all for the exclusive use of guests. We are located in Valdobbiadene, a charming town famous for its UNESCO-listed hills, covered with vineyards that produce outstanding wines such as Prosecco and Cartizze.
A spacious 30 sqm furnished terrace, exclusively for guests, is equipped with a dining table and is perfect for enjoying dinner under the stars with a glass of Prosecco.
The apartment is located in the town center, and the large furnished terrace will allow you to relax after returning from the many excursions made possible by Valdobbiadene’s strategic location: a day trip to Venice (80 km) or to other Venetian art cities (Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Belluno); another day at the sea (80 km from the Adriatic coast beaches) or in the Dolomites (50 km away).
From Valdobbiadene begin 90 km of scenic routes winding through stunning hills, passing vineyards, abbeys, churches, and wineries, leading to ancient villages such as Cison di Valmarino and to the charming towns of Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto. From here, you can set out by car, motorbike, or bicycle to explore a unique and fascinating area, where every stop also offers the discovery of an exceptional food and wine heritage.
Valdobbiadene is lively year-round with events, many related to Prosecco: Canevando in July, a guided walk through vineyards and hills to discover local wineries; Calici di Stelle in August; and the Centomiglia on the Prosecco Road in October, featuring a parade of vintage cars.
Valdobbiadene is also an ideal destination for cycle tourists (an e-bike and bicycle rental is located just a few meters from the apartment), with countless routes through the Prosecco hills or up to Pianezze (1,000 meters above sea level).
The apartment is located on the first floor of a late 17th-century building, recently renovated and accessible via a staircase. The furnishings are modern, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay: a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. It consists of a spacious double bedroom, a second room dedicated to a small Gym, a living room with kitchen, and a bathroom.

The town itself is steeped in history, with its narrow cobbled streets, elegant palazzos, and beautiful churches, such as the Cathedral of Belluno with its Renaissance façade and the Church of Santo Stefano, boasting impressive artworks. The historic center, characterized by its Venetian-style architecture, reflects the area's past under the Republic of Venice.
Surrounding Belluno, the majestic peaks of the Dolomites offer a playground for adventurers. In the warmer months, hikers and climbers are drawn to the region for its well-marked trails, via ferratas, and breathtaking vistas. For those interested in cultural experiences, Belluno hosts several festivals throughout the year, celebrating everything from its alpine heritage to local gastronomy. The town's museums, like the Civic Museum, offer insights into the region's art, history, and traditions.
Gastronomy in Belluno is a delightful fusion of Alpine and Venetian influences, with polenta, cheeses, and game featuring prominently on menus. Local specialties such as casunziei, beet-filled ravioli, and pastin, a spiced meat patty, are must-try dishes. The region is also known for its excellent dairy products, and a visit to a local caseificio (cheese factory) is a delicious way to experience the local culture.
