Beautiful terrace with awning, equipped for outdoor dining with a splendid sea view. Public parking approx. 30 m from the house. Less than 2 km from the sandy beach of Moneglia, ideal for families with children with its gently sloping seabed. Moneglia is on the border with the Cinque Terre and offers panoramic paths and a rich culinary tradition. Ideal location for visiting villages and cities such as Chiavari, Portofino, La Spezia and Genoa.
Ground floor: entrance, double bedroom, bathroom with shower; 1st floor: living room, kitchen open to living room, WC, open terrace; 2nd floor: habitable attic in the mezzanine opening onto the living room, bedroom with double bed and single bed.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
