Villa Marsel is located in Batvaci near Vodnjan. Featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and the living room with a convertible sofa, the house is best suited for 4 adults and two children.
A beautiful fenced yard with a heated swimming pool, outdoor shower and jacuzzi make it a perfect house for a relaxing family vacation.
An outdoor kitchen, dining area and BBQ are located beside the pool, and the entire area is roofed, providing you with shade during the warm summer days. The the house is best suited for 4 adults and two children.
Free private parking for two cars is provided on site.
The hosts will welcome the guests upon arrival and hand them the keys.
Damage deposit of 300 EUR is mandatory in cash upon arrival, and it will be refunded on the check-out, provided that everything is in order.
Pets are welcome, and the pet fee of 10 EUR per night per pet is paid in cash upon arrival.
Pool heating is available for 10 EUR per day/70 EUR per week. Please give us a 3-day notice if you’d like to use it. The pool is open from 01.05. -15.10.
Area description and nearby activities:
Batvaci is a small village near Vodnjan, a small town about 10 km from Pula.
Walking through the old part of the city, you will notice numerous buildings belonging to different historical periods: Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque. The museum is located in a palace built in the year 1300, which belonged to the Bettica family. The church of St Blaž. Has the highest bell tower in Istria, peaking at 62meters. The Church is located on the Main Square, and allows visitors. Inside, you can see the collection of saint’s relics, as well as the Vodnjan’s mummies – which are a nature’s miracle. In Vodnjan, you can visit the Oil mill and buy the olive oil made by locals
Nearest beach can be found in Barbariga, about 2.5 kilometers from the house. There you can go swimming, snorkeling, kayaking or scuba diving.
Fažana is just a few kilometers souther. A ferry to National Park Brijuni sails daily. Brijuni archipelago are famous for it’s endemic submerged flora and fauna, but they also have a safari park which you can visit, multiple interactive museums and ruins dating back to Roman era.
