Independent house with swimming pool and private outdoor area. Large covered area adjacent to the kitchen furnished with table, chairs and barbecue. Enclosed outdoor area of approx. 250 sqm, distance to neighboring house 10 meters. Covered veranda of about 25 square metres with barbecue.
Outdoor swimming pool (9.60 square metres, diameter 3.50, height m 1.20 water level about 110 cm) with outdoor shower, sunbeds and gazebo with garden chairs.

The house is located 2 km from the centre of Camaiore, a town with medieval charm. The historic centre is crossed by the Via Francigena. For hiking enthusiasts there are numerous trekking and mountain-bike routes, and a rock-climbing gym in Candalla Alta. Famous for its exquisite gastronomy, rich in typical restaurants.
Camaiore is 10 km from the beaches of Lido di Camaiore. The seaside promenade stretches for about 3 kilometres and includes numerous bathing establishments, a sailing school, restaurants and shops. The pier of modern construction ’dives’ into the sea thanks to a long gangway that juts out into the sea. Numerous musical events enliven Camaiore and Lido di Camaiore during the summer.
