The pool heat fee must be paid at least 72 hours prior to check in. Pool heat can't be guaranteed for requests made after this window
- We cannot guarantee pool temperatures above certain degrees during the coldest months of the year. Generally, outdoor temperatures below 60 degrees may inhibit the pool from reaching the desired temperature. Please consider the weather forecast and outdoor temperatures when deciding to heat the pool
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front of the house facing the driveway, camera 2 is on the back of the house facing the pool and canal, and camera 3 is over the pool equipment facing out. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion
