Stone Luxury Villa is located in Gajana, a peaceful place near Vodnjan (Dignano). This 7-bedroom villa (with en-suite bathroom in every bedroom) is perfect for nature lovers who like to relax away from the city noise. There is an outdoor swimming pool (68 m2) with a possibility of an air massage and a water cascade on the side of the pool. Spacious lawn offers a children’s playground with a trampoline and football goals. Next to the pool, a replica of an old Istrian house called "kazun" offers BBQ facilities. Beautiful terrace is a perfect place to enjoy your meal. Another place for dining is a summer kitchen, which is located within a game room with darts, billiard table and table football. Beauty room next to the villa offers a sauna, jacuzzi and excercising equippment. Villa has a surveillance system, which tapes the villa’s surroundings and provides safety to its guests. Villa can accommodate 16 people. Each of 7 bedrooms has its own TV and air conditioning device. You can reach the villa by car or taxi. Parking is free and available on site. Gajana is a perfect place to experience a relaxing vacation, but it’s also close enough to all kinds of activities if you change your mind. Gajana is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, woods and a lot of beautiful sights. You can visit Kazun Park - a park with traditional Istrian houses made of stone, and it’s a place with most kazun’s located in one place in the Mediterranean area. National Park Brijuni (which is visible from the villa) can be reached by a boat trip from Fazana. Since Gajana is a place surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, the best way to experience it is to take some of hiking or cycling routes through the area. Beach, bars, restaurants and grocery shops can be found in 5 km range.
