Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.
  • The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
  • Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay
  • No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.
  • Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.
  • The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
  • Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.
  • It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.
  • In case of loss or non-return of the garage key or control will be a cost of 60 euros.
  • Damage to the following amenities will cost:
  • 10 € small towels
  • 20 € large towels
  • 10 € sheets
  • 30 € duvet cover
  • In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.
  • The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.
  • Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.
  • The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.
  • Heating should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.
