Tranquility on the River Four is a relaxing and refreshing 3BR/2.5BA townhome on the Big Thompson River. This mountain retreat offers mesmerizing views of Longs Peak and the Continental Divide from the banks of the Big Thompson. Aspen groves and spruce trees surround this truly perfect riverfront escape.
Located on Hwy 66, this townhome is just a few minutes from the south entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park, and walking distance to the Rock Inn, a favorite local eatery.
The first floor features the open-concept living, kitchen and dining areas. The oversized rustic table in the dining area comfortably seats six. The kitchen has full-size appliances and everything necessary for a home-cooked meal. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area let in plenty of natural light while showcasing the view of the river and the foothills of the Rockies.
Just past the living area is a door leading out to the deck, with immaculate views of the Big Thompson River and the Rocky Mountain foothills.
To the right of the living area is the master bedroom, with a king bed, beautiful views, a walk-in closet and an ensuite bath.
At the top of the stairs is the lounge area and the second full bath. Flanking the lounge on either side are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
We reserve the right to conduct a property safety check during long term stays.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Plowing/shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
