Teepee Mountain 12A is a cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo with a beautiful view and everything you need for a perfect stay! Close to everything you want to do yet located in a peaceful and relaxing part of the Estes Valley. Only 4 miles to downtown Estes Park and 4.5 miles to the Beaver Meadows Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Easy access to this condo with only one step up the curb from the parking lot. The inside space is all on one level making it easy to get your luggage inside and start your vacation!
Enter into the kitchen living area. The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals or heat up leftovers from one of the amazing Estes Park restaurants.
Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie or walk out onto the deck and take in the amazing view and the fresh mountain air.
This condo has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and ensuite tub shower combo and one with a queen bed. A jack and jill bathroom with a shower opens into the queen bedroom as well as the living area. Both bedrooms have a TV so everyone can watch their favorite shows.
With a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, there is enough space for 6 people.
Pack light and use the stacked washer and dryer located in a closet off of the kitchen to keep everything ready for the next day’s adventure.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Mary’s Lake Condominiums HOA. The HOA allows Property Manager guests to use these facilities however, Property Manager has no control over their condition. They may not be maintained to our standards. Please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.

Mary’s Lake HOA does not allow the rentals to have grills.
Please do not mail or ship anything to this home.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Pets-Fines apply.
No outside fires.
Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community. Bring a flashlight.
Bears in the area. Secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
Quiet time at 9pm.
Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, additional supplies and toiletries can be purchased in town.
Snow Plowing / shoveling occurs when we have 4 inches of fresh snow on the ground prior to your arrival.
