Elk Haven is walking distance to downtown Estes Park, near The Stanley Hotel, nestled in the trees in a quiet neighborhood. The condo offers two floors of comfortable living space.
The main floor open living space includes a living area with plenty of comfortable seating to settle in near the fireplace, and enjoy a movie. The sofa is a queen sleeper sofa.
The kitchen has everything you need to create great shared meals while chatting with friends and family at the counter top bar, with seating for four. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen bar, or at the cozy table perfect also for playing games together. There is also a powder room and access to the garage off of this living area.
The upper floor features three bedrooms, two full baths. The first upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom has a full/double bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with bath tub shower combo located in the upstairs hallway. The third bedroom is a master bedroom with a brand new king bed with adjustable position mattress with remote, and an attached private bathroom with a jetted shower tub combo.
Enjoy access to the private deck from the master bedroom. The master bathroom also has a full size washer and dryer to make doing laundry more convenient. One of the guest bedrooms, and the master bedroom, each have a flat screen TV. Enjoy your mountain vacation and create great memories at Elk Haven!
Elk Haven is a 10 min walk to the Historic Stanley Hotel and Safeway Grocery Store. It’s 1.3 miles to downtown Estes Park and 3.4 miles to the Beaver Meadows Entrance at Rocky Mountain National Park.
Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
