This luxurious 3BR/2.5BA townhome, located a stone’s throw away from beautiful Fall River, offers two floors of relaxation and solitude. You are also a short distance to the Fall River North Entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoy meals and family time in the open-concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is well-appointed with full-size stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cooking essentials. The oversized dining table comfortably seats six, while the picture windows in the living area provide both natural light and stunning views. Enjoy the living area views, warm up to the gas fireplace, and settle in to watch a movie on the 55"" HDTV.
Off of the living room is the main floor master bedroom, featuring a king bed, walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom. Past the kitchen are the half bath and laundry area, and garage access.
The staircase leads to the loft area on the second floor loft with a sofa bed. The loft is flanked by the two guest bedrooms, one facing the river and featuring a king bed, and the other offering two XL Twin beds. A full bath with a tub/shower combo separates the two bedrooms.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.

Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
