This charming townhome is located just minutes away from Estes Park’s 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a private, secluded feel while still maintaining easy access to the town center and outdoor activities.
Aspen Grove Getaway is the upper level of the townhome. The lower level of the townhome is also available as a vacation rental (see our Wild Flower listing.)
Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other.
A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall.
Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features a gas fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, including a gas stove, and the adjacent dining area can seat six. The door from the kitchen leads out to the private deck, which features a propane grill for guest use.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite full bath, and a walk-in closet.
This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. The units are in close proximity to each other.
Please be aware that you are among the locals who work and quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9 p.m.

Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made.
