This tranquil home offers two floors of mountain comfort. Nestled in a quiet treed neighborhood, Heavenly Pines provides both solitude and convenience. The main floor opens into the welcoming living area, with comfy furniture, fireplace, and a flat-screen TV. The dining table comfortably seats eight, and the kitchen is well-appointed with full-size appliances and all the essentials needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. Laundry area just off of the kitchen.
Also on the main floor are two bedrooms; a master queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a guest bedroom across the hall with a queen bed. The main floor also offers a full bath.
The staircase to the lower level leads to a game room with a flat-screen TV and foosball table, in addition to a sleeper sofa. Down the hall are two bedrooms and a full shared bath. The first bedroom features two double beds, while the second bedroom offers a king bed and a TV.
Step out of the kitchen on the main floor or the game room on the lower floor to the two-story deck, connected by a set of outdoor stairs. The upper deck features a gas grill and patio furniture, while the lower deck provides the comforts of a private hot tub. You won’t want to leave this serene outdoor space. Every bedroom and main floor living areas have ceiling fans for cool comfort. Enjoy time indoors playing games together at the dining table, or enjoying a hot drink or glass of wine by the fire, or relax on the back deck or in the hot tub. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. Call our office for details.

This home does not have a weekly trash pick up service. Trash will be picked up at departure. If necessary, trash will be picked up mid-stay for a nominal fee. Call the office at 970-480-8845. Trash must not overflow the bear proof trash can or be stored in the garage or home.
