The main level also has a guest bedroom, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and a mudroom for added convenience. In winter, this home’s proximity to the Old Town Lift offers quick access to Park City Mountain Resort, making it an excellent choice for skiers and snowboarders. During the summer months, guests can enjoy activities on the Jordanelle Reservoir and Provo River, such as fishing and kayaking. Nearby, the Union Pacific Rail Trail and Mid Mountain Trail provide great biking routes, while the Armstrong and Silver Spur Trails offer scenic hiking opportunities. BEDROOM DETAILS - Bedroom One - Main - King bed, ensuite - Bedroom Two - Guest - Queen bed, ensuite - Bedroom Three - Guest - Four queen beds WHAT WE LOVE - A short walk from Old Town Park City. - Spacious deck for entertaining and lounging after skiing. - Brand new remodel in Summer 2025. WHAT TO KNOW - Everyone in your group must be over 21 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. - The maximum occupancy is 12 people. - The maximum number of cars is one. - This home is not recommended for guests with mobility issues. - There is one parking space available in the driveway. - Pets are not allowed at this property under any circumstances. WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING - Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed. - If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival. - For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. - The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information. - Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
