Incredible proximity to the beach and walkable to several top restaurants in the neighborhood including local favorite Caps on the Water. The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away.
First Floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with shower-tub combo, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen, and open living room
Second Floor: Open loft bedroom with luxurious king bed and twin day bed and trundle. Attached is a second full bathroom.

The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking space for two cars included with your stay.

The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
