A second floor, spacious beach apartment located in Vilano Beach. Only minutes walk away from the Vilano Fishing Pier, Public Beach, and many popular restaurants. >Large master bedroom with king bed and private ensuite bath >Guest bedroom with queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in living room >Walk to Porpoise Point public beach and Vilano Beach Fishing Pier >Only a 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine >Beach supplies GALORE- wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys >Outdoor shower to wash off after the beach >Book our downstairs apt, Turtle Hideaway, to sleep ana additional 4 guests! Guests have private access to the entire upstairs apartment, outdoor seating area, and outdoor shower. Free Wi-Fi, free parking (1 Vehicle Only), complimentary coffee for their first morning. A shared laundry room with 2 washers and dryers is also available to guests during day hours. Bikes and beach supplies are shared amenities with the upstairs unit and are on a fist come-first serve basis (plenty to use amongst all guests) Laundry room is shared with separate access next to the unit, and only available to use during day hours Parking area is also shared. One space is reserved for the Sandpiper Cottage GUEST PROTECTION PROGRAM: To help protect both our guests and our homes, all reservations are required to complete a few simple steps prior to arrival: 1. Complete a quick guest verification. 2. Review and electronically sign our Rental Agreement. 3. Choose one of the following protection options: *Damage Waiver: A small non-refundable fee that provides coverage for eligible accidental damage during your stay. This helps avoid unexpected costs from minor accidents. *Security Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit hold that’s released after checkout, provided no damage or policy violations are found.
