Welcome to our centrally located mountain retreat on the Monterra Golf Course! Spend your days on the slopes and your evenings enjoying the vibrant restaurants and events at the Village, all just a short walk from your private getaway. This spacious 3-bedroom, second-floor home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, offering the perfect weekend escape to experience Blue. As our guest, you’ll also enjoy unlimited access to the Rivergrass shared pool (summer only) and the year-round hot tub.

The hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for the pool and 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for the hot tub.
The Space
This home is ideal for families and small groups in search of a quiet getaway. As you walk through the door, you’ll arrive in the open concept living area with comfortable seating facing the gas fireplace and Smart TV. The large windows open up to provide natural light and front row views of the Monterra Golf Course.
Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is equipped with all cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker - all you need is your food, spices, and coffee pods! The dining space seats 6, allowing everyone to gather on nights you’re not dining at one of Blue’s local restaurants. The private balcony is equipped with an outdoor dining area for 4 to enjoy on warmer days.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided. For using the pool and hot tub, we kindly ask that you bring your own beach towels.

Free parking is available in front of the unit on a first come, first served basis. No passes required!

Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
This condo is located in a family-oriented area and is intended for those wanting a peaceful getaway. Excessive noise and parties will not be tolerated.
