Apartment located in a block of flats on Suwalska street in Targowek district of Warsaw. The location provides a well-developed local infrastructure, proximity to public transportation points and a quiet atmosphere. The building is located near the extensive Bródnowski Park (1 km from the apartment) with many amenities, where everyone will find something for themselves. The area encourages activities such as long walks or cycling, thanks to many bicycle paths. At the same time, there are many restaurants, stores and services in the vicinity of the property, which cater to all daily needs. Despite its location in a quiet neighborhood, the location has great connections to the center and other districts of Warsaw. The nearest subway station Bródno is 600 meters away, and streetcar and bus stops are 200-400 meters from the apartment. As a result, it takes about half an hour to get to the center. Other amenities in the area include the “Polonez” swimming pool and the S8 expressway.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
