The seaside location of the complex allows you to enjoy the air with healing iodine all year round, and the location among the trees ensures the smell of the forest, intimacy, peace and rest in contact with nature. In the immediate vicinity of the complex, there is the lighthouse in Rozewie (1.4 km) and the Przyrzałek Rozewski Nature Reserve. Within a few hundred meters there is a restaurant and a grocery store. Jastrzębia Góra is 2.5 km away, and Władysławowo - 6 km. You can also easily reach all places by bicycle. The convenient location allows you to enjoy various forms of relaxation - enthusiasts of activity, water sports, sailing and fishing can fully enjoy the charms of this place. The estate also has an outdoor gym for residents and a playground for children.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
