BUILDING AND AREA DESCRIPTION:
This spacious apartment is located in a quiet area of Gdansk at Kazimierza Porębskiego 13. There are many green areas in the neighbourhood prepared for strollers, as well as playgrounds for the youngest. The location is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the crowds of tourists, while still allowing you to enjoy the attractions offered by Gdańsk. The area is well connected to the rest of the city. The S6 road is nearby, so guests will have easy access to the apartment. The famous Neptune’s Fountain can be reached in 20 minutes and the nearest beach on the Baltic Sea in about 30 minutes. In the area there is an Italian pizzeria Papryczka (550 m). Grocery shopping can be done in the nearby Biedronka (170 m) or in the slightly further away Żabka (300 m). In the neighbourhood there is a bus stop (about 200 m) which will take you to the centre of Gdańsk. The distance to the Central Railway Station is 7.2 km and to the Lech Wałęsa Airport 12.8 km.

This cosy apartment has an area of 42.15 m² and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and balcony. The interior is spacious and functionally designed, meeting all the needs of guests. The spacious living room is the perfect space to spend time with loved ones, while a comfortable sofa with a sleeping function provides relaxation and rest. Additional charm is provided by the possibility to access the balcony, which will be the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh air. A comfortable stay is ensured by the well-equipped kitchenette, where you will find, among other things, an oven, a fridge and a microwave. You will be able to enjoy your prepared meal at the round wooden table. The bedroom has comfortable two single beds which can be joined together to ensure regeneration after an eventful day. An area with a desk has been arranged in the room, which will prove useful when working or studying at the computer. Evening entertainment is provided by multimedia, such as a flat-screen TV, as well as free Wi-Fi access. An additional asset of the apartment is the washing machine, which will increase comfort during longer stays.
