The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a new building belonging to the Porta Mare Baltica development on Maczka Street in Kolobrzeg. Convenient location in the vicinity of green areas, not far from the spa part of the town provides peace and quiet. A key aspect is the short distance to the sea - it takes less than a 20-minute walk to find yourself on a beautiful sandy beach. The apartment provides a great choice for guests who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle, yet with easy access to the city center. The surrounding area of the property is well connected, allowing quick access to Kolobrzeg's biggest attractions, such as the harbor and the lighthouse. In addition, it takes only 8 minutes to get to the train station. A remarkable advantage of the apartment is also a short distance from Ekopark Wschodni - a charming landscape park, which gives you the opportunity to admire the unique beauty of Polish nature during family walks. A public bicycle room (with no guarantee of space) is available in the estate, and opposite the estate - a parking space belonging to the apartment.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
