The Neighborhood
The building is located on Zgoda Street situated in the very center of Warsaw. This is an area teeming with life, both day and night. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and clubs around, so you can easily soak up the big-city atmosphere of Warsaw's Downtown. A rich retail, service and cultural offer is also a huge advantage of the neighborhood, as is its proximity to all attractions and amenities. The famous Palace of Culture and Science can be reached in just over five minutes, while the nearest subway station, Świętokrzyska (a transfer station), is only a ten-minute walk away. Art lovers will love the proximity of the National Philharmonic Hall - it is located just around the corner and the walk to it takes only a minute. In addition, the neighborhood is well connected to the rest of Warsaw, with the nearest bus stop Warsaw D.T. Centrum located only 200 meters from the apartment.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
