Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest’s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
➤ Just a heads up, guests can’t use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.
➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don’t guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if your preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short-term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can’t guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
