Exceptional, new, stylish apartment is located in Pruszkow - a city located along the western edge of the Warsaw agglomeration. The atmospheric, high-ceilinged, comfortably furnished apartment is located in a historic, restored building from the 1930s, listed in the register of monuments. It is located in the center of Pruszkow and at the same time away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which guarantees a peaceful and comfortable stay. The apartment is located on the second floor, right next to Tadeusz Kosciuszko Park. All windows and balcony overlook the park. Only 200 meters from the apartment is the historic Palace from the 19th century, the park's brine graduation tower, as well as a modern, wonderful playground and city library. On the other side of the park there is an ice cream parlor, summer restaurants, sun loungers. It takes about a 7-minute walk to reach Potulicki Park, with its beautiful ponds and recreational areas and a wide range of facilities (including canoe and pedal boat rentals, bicycle paths, running trails, the Utrata River). Next to the park, in the manor outbuilding, there is an interesting Museum of Ancient Mazovian Metallurgy, whose orangery additionally hosts musical concerts. In addition, for sports enthusiasts, there is a Total Fitness gym and Street Workout Park at another Anielin Park, about 700 m from the apartment, and about 2 km from the apartment house is the Culture and Sports Center, where there are climbing walls, tennis, ice rink, etc., and additionally a cinema and theater.
