Exceptional apartment located in a quiet and modern housing estate on Legnicka Street. Located in a well-connected part of Wroclaw, close to the Magnolia Park shopping centre - 20 min walk. Wroclaw Market Square with the main tourist attractions is 2 km away, 5-7 minutes by car. Wroc?aw impresses with the charm of its historic buildings, spontaneity and atmosphere of a unique centre of a European metropolis. Near the apartment there are restaurants serving dishes from all over the world, such as Granny's Pancakes - Armenian cuisine (650 m) or Lviv with Ukrainian cuisine (650 m). A 25 minute walk will take you to the Popowicka Glade Park with its spacious picnic areas and children's rope play. The location of the apartment allows for excellent and comfortable travel throughout Wroclaw thanks to the thriving public transport system - the nearest bus stop is 30 metres from the apartment! The abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas, as well as the proximity to the city centre, allow guests to fully enjoy the charms of Wroclaw.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
