The building is situated directly on the sandy beach, which is one of the largest in the area and is characterised by its great width. Outside the building there is also a promenade with a designated cycle path. Sianożęty is a secluded seaside resort located just next to Ustroń Morski - a perfect choice for guests who appreciate holiday relaxation surrounded by peace and quiet, close to nature. The excellent location of the apartment means that everything you need is at your fingertips. The area is also rich in interesting places for families with children. Lovers of active recreation can take advantage of numerous cycling routes, including the Eurovelo coastal cycle route, which takes about 40 minutes to reach nearby Kołobrzeg. You can also take an evening walk along the promenade in Ustroń Morski (2.2 km) or visit the rope park in Kołobrzeg with your family (14.5 km).

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
