The apartment is located in a modern building at the Avenue of Architects Street in Wrocław. There are many atmospheric restaurants very close to the accommodation, which offer a variety of different cuisine, such as Coccoli (33 m), SushiTU (220 m), and Eko Bistro (400 m). In the area there are also the Glinianki Bathing Beach (900 m), WakePark (2.6 km) and numerous large parks. Access to the city center by car will take about 15-18 minutes. There is one parking space in the underground garage at guests' disposal. You can also get to the center by tram - the stop is 3 minutes from the accommodation. The location also allows for quick access to the airport – the drive to the Wrocław Airport S. a. takes about 12 minutes.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
