This is a great 1 BR / 2 BA condo that sleeps 6 people and is on the ground level. The master bedroom features a king bed and a sitting area with a queen sleeper sofa and an en-suite full bathroom. There is another queen sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a flat-screen HDTV, a full bathroom, and a deck facing the mountain.
The Foxpine Inn offers a large slope-side hot tub and laundry facilities. Laundry is located on the third floor of the building on the East side. There is garage parking for 1 vehicle. The clearance of the garage is 6’4". Taller vehicles that do not fit in the garage can park outside the building. Overflow vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter; summer parking is free.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
