Kitchen (Top Floor): At the heart of the home, the gourmet kitchen boasts an expansive island, BlueStar gas range, double oven, wine cooler, and generous counter space. Fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and dining essentials, it’s ideal for preparing group meals.

• Fourth Bedroom (Bottom Floor): 2 Twin-over-twin bunks, closet, dresser, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
Family Room (Bottom Floor): A cozy den on the lower level provides a sofa, TV, and wet bar, the perfect space for entertainment or evening relaxation. This area also has access to the patio where the hot tub and firepit are located.
Outdoor Space: Step out from the lower-level family room to enjoy the gas firepit and 7-person hot tub, both offering stunning views of the Breckenridge Ski Resort. From the main living room, access the deck where you’ll find a hard-lined natural gas grill and seating for four.
Laundry: The home includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer located by the front door.
Heated Garage: Parking for two vehicles in the heated garage ensures easy access and plenty of gear storage. There is also room for 2 additional vehicles in front of the garage.
Nordic-in/Nordic-out — with gondola access, too! Located in Breckenridge’s premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers rare access to the town’s groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems, giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.
Property Manager provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub.
4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
